HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
The cost of delivery / shipping is not included in the listing price of an item. After purchasing an item, the Buyer will receive a separate quote with shipping costs. Due to the discrepancies in shipping costs, we custom quote all shipping expenses.
If the Buyer does not wish to use the quote provided by The Selby House, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to make all the necessary arrangements for the shipment of their purchase.
HOW DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
After receiving your custom quote, we will send an invoice with a link to pay by credit card.
WHEN WILL MY PIECES SHIP & HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
It takes 48 hours to generate a shipping quote. Once The Selby House has received payment for shipping, furniture pieces typically ship out within 1 week. Once shipped, your furniture will typically arrives in about 3-4 weeks depending on final destination. We will provide shipment tracking so you can keep an eye out for your shipment.
WILL MY SHIPMENT BE INSURED?
Yes. We work with reputable shipping companies who provide insurance that your furniture will arrive safely and securely. They are responsible for the shipment of your items. The Selby House is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipment.
