Please note all sales are final. In the case you receive an item damaged or not in the condition as shown in photos please email us at cat@theselbyhouse.com within 48 hours of delivery. 

Credit card transaction fees and shipping costs are subject to a non-refundable fee, and customers will bear the associated cost for any purchases made. Additionally, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost in case of returns or exchanges.
