Japanese Black Glazed Vase by Atsushi Ogata
This handcrafted vase by Atsushi Ogata showcases his expertise in using the "kohiki" technique, which typically produces white surfaces but here results in a unique, rustic texture with light gray tones and earthy details. Fired in his Anagama kiln, the vase's surface will evolve over time, gaining character and depth with continued use.
